Theatre 1 isnormally used for back surgery; on Thursdays and Fridays, patientsare orally intubated using a fibreoptic scope. Dr Ann Sutcliffe has asession on Thursdays for elective neuroradiological cases in the MRIsuite. The programme director can arrangeadditional experience for trainees with an interest in paediatricanaesthesia.All trainees posted to BCH will need enhanced Criminal RecordsBoard clearance before starting work there. You must contactDr Adewale at BCH as soon as possible. Criminal Records Boardclearance can take up to 12 weeks.
