4.19 Consideration <strong>of</strong> Clause 228 <strong>of</strong> EP&A Regulations and EPBC ActClause 228 <strong>Factors</strong>Clause 228(2) <strong>of</strong> the EP&A Regulation 2000 details those factors that must be taken into account whenconsideration is being given to the likely impact <strong>of</strong> an activity on the environment.
