Action Request System 5.1Assigning FTS Licenses to UsersTo perform a full text search, users must be assigned a fixed or floating FTSlicense. You specify the type of license that users have through their requestin the User form (Figure 4-1 on page 106), as you would with their ARSystem write licenses.Licensing a User for FTS1 Open the User form in AR System Windows User Tool.2 Search the database for the user who you want to license for FTS and open awindow.Figure 4-1: User Form3 Select the Full Text License Type option for the type of FTS license that youwant the user to have, whether fixed or floating.4 Click Save.If you issued the user a fixed FTS license, a confirmation message appears.5 Click OK to dismiss the message.106 "Chapter 4—Using Full Text Search
