9CHAPTERUsing Source ControlThis chapter describes how to configure and implement SourceControl (SC) with the AR System. Using a SC system helps youmanage the development of your AR System applications by lettingdevelopers control access to specific system objects. Using a SC systemcan prevent developers from overwriting each other’s work byenforcing check-in and check-out of objects. Finally, source control isespecially important when developers make mistakes and need torecover earlier versions of a definition, for example, using versionhistory to recover deleted or modified system objects.This chapter includes the following information:!
