SUPERVISING TEACHER FORMATIVEEVALUATIONThe Supervising Teacher will complete the Formative Evaluation and discuss the comments with the student teachercandidate during each clinical experience placement. The University Coordinator will complete the FormativeEvaluation and discuss the comments with the practicum candidate during clinical experience placement.
