FadalMaintenance ManualMaintenance1) The lubricant inside the lubricant container of the tool changing mechanismshould be changed after working for 2400 hours.When the cam, rollers and the bevel gear are in use without lubricant,abnormal wear and fractures will occur. Appropriate quantity of lubricantshould be a little more than half of the lubricant container.2) Change of lubricantThe lubricant should be changed annually or when the lubricant becomesworse. Recommended lubricants viscosity: SAE 90140. Amount of lubricant:5L.3) Apply grease weeklya. On the grippers of tool armb. On the tip of tool holding rod of tool armc. On the sliding block of tool falling, fixing base of pull rod of tool falling4) Cleaninga. Remove the chips around all the proximity switches and reed switches.b. Remove the chips inside the tool pot.c. The tool changing mechanism parts should be cleaned frequently sothat the chips will not stick to it.5) Check the tool falling mechanism parts regularly.6) Check the parts of tool pots & tool disc and also check if "C" snap rings aretight regularly.
