He explained their mission is to provide encouragement, support andguidance to children in need of care in collaboration with others; to train volunteer advocates togather appropriate information; and, to offer an objective opinion to the court so that children-inneed-of-careare protected. Judge Creitz requested to use the current Sheriff’s department officesfor office space to house CASA. It would not cost the county anything except the cost ofutilities. They would not receive rent. Discussion followed in sharing the space with the CountyAttorney. Commissioners would like to review the office area before making a decision. Noaction was taken.Bill King, Public Works Director, presented bids on a Tandem Axle Dump Truck with SaltSpreader & Snow Plow, Tandem Axle Dump Truck, and Two ton Flat Bed Truck. The tandemaxle dump truck bids were received from K.C. Peterbilt for a 2005 Peterbilt Model 357 for$109,383.00 with unit available to build May 1, 2004 to June 1, 2004 (bid good until February
