International Festival at Heritage High School
On the evening of March 20th, the Annual
International Festival was held at Heritage
High School. More than 200 people from 20
different countries attended this festival. The
Confucius Institute was able to share Chinese
cultural performances. The Taichi show by Dr.
Tang Xiaozhong received warm applauses and
students enjoyed trying on Chinese clothes,
wishing they could go to China and study in
the future.
3 月 20 号 的 晚 上 , 北 卡 海 瑞 特 高 中 (Heritage
High School) 一 年 一 度 的 国 际 节 在 该 校 礼 堂 隆 重 举 办 。
来 自 周 边 近 二 十 多 个 社 区 两 百 多 名 人 员 出 席 了 此 次 会
议 。 北 卡 州 大 孔 子 学 院 应 邀 参 加 了 此 次 盛 会 , 并 奉 献 了
精 彩 的 节 目 。 孔 院 教 师 唐 晓 忠 的 太 极 拳 表 演 赢 得 了 在 座
两 百 多 名 观 众 的 阵 阵 喝 彩 ; 而 当 身 着 中 国 各 朝 各 代 特 色
服 装 的 学 生 出 现 在 舞 台 上 时 , 所 有 观 众 不 禁 为 这 些 精 美
的 服 装 赞 叹 不 已 。 晚 会 后 不 时 有 观 众 跑 来 试 穿 这 些 衣
服 , 希 望 能 去 中 国 体 验 真 正 的 中 国 文 化 。
