The Sou<strong>the</strong>y Owlerton Area Regeneration Board has<br />
set up one community group in each of <strong>the</strong> affected<br />
neighbourhoods. These are directly involved in<br />
determining <strong>the</strong> project’s strategy. Each community<br />
group sends a democratically elected representative<br />
to <strong>the</strong> board and its seven <strong>the</strong>me groups
