Love and Spring is in the Air
Falling on the 15th day of the Lunar New Year, the Spring Lantern Festival is also
known informally as the Chinese Valentine’s Day. In the past, singles would play
matchmaking games on what is regarded as a particularly auspicious day. Nowadays,
visitors can enjoy a visual array of beautiful coloured lanterns hung in numerous
places, from parks to hotels, flower markets and restaurants. discoverhongkong.com
