designed to provide more affordable<br />

mustafa soon identified the severe lack<br />
of professionals entering dentistry. in<br />
2011 he become an ambassador to the<br />
national apprentice programme and<br />
announced major plans to recruit more<br />
than 100 apprentices. Genix<br />
healthcare limited was the first dental<br />
corporate to launch an apprentice<br />
programme and is committed to<br />
increasing its workforce by almost one<br />
third, with a significant investment to<br />
date of over £500,000. mustafa is now<br />
involved with the national programme<br />
helping to develop a blueprint for<br />
dental apprenticeship schemes<br />

most recently, mustafa opened Sparkle<br />
dental labs limited, a Uk based state<br />
of the art dental laboratory accessible<br />
to all Uk dentists. during the set up of<br />
the company, mustafa identified that<br />
over £100 million of nhS contract<br />
work is currently being exported to<br />
overseas laboratories with no quality<br />
measures in place. he has set upon a<br />
mission to better compete and retain<br />
this major economic value and<br />
introduce quality assurance measures.<br />
