Serving suggestion<br />
CRISPY SPRING ONIONS<br />
AND INFUSED OLIVE OIL<br />
Finely slice 2 bunches spring<br />
onions. Gently heat 1 cup<br />
Woolies Cook’s Essential<br />
olive oil and gently fry the<br />
onions until they smell toasty.<br />
Remove the spring onions<br />
using a slotted spoon and<br />
drain on kitchen paper.<br />
Use the reserved oil to liven<br />
up any Asian broth, noodle<br />
dish or dipping sauce and<br />
finish Asian dishes with<br />
the crispy onion bits.
