New Marble Meat Processing Plant in Altai<br />
Altai entrepreneurs launched the first marble meat processing plant in the<br />
region, the Public Television of Russia reported.<br />
This is a rare type of product in<br />
Russia.<br />
The owner of the enterprise is an<br />
agricultural cooperative which<br />
arranged a full production cycle.<br />
The entrepreneurs invested two<br />
million rubles in the plant, and they<br />
also received additional 36 million<br />
rubles under the support program<br />
for agricultural producers. With this<br />
money they built a complex with modern equipment and staff of 20 workers.<br />
The plant is provided with bulls from the farms also owned by the cooperative.<br />
Pavel Bayfort, member of "Druzhba" cooperative says, "It’s very challenging<br />
because it’s something new, and even if someone possesses the necessary<br />
information, they don’t share it. Therefore, we are forced to achieve everything<br />
by trial and error." The plant delivers its final products – steaks in vacuum<br />
packaging – not only to Altai, but to Novosibirsk Oblast, Kemerovo Oblast,<br />
Krasnoyarsk Krai and Primorsky Krai as well.<br />

На Алтае заработал завод по<br />
переработке мраморного мяса<br />
Алтайские предприниматели запустили<br />
первый в регионе завод по переработке<br />
мраморного мяса, передает ОТР.<br />
Это редкий в России вид продукта.<br />
Владелец предприятия – сельхозкооператив, который организовал полный<br />
цикл производства. Предприниматели вложили в завод два миллиона рублей<br />
инвестиций, еще 36 миллионов они получили по программе поддержки сельхозпроизводителей.<br />
На эти деньги они построили комплекс с современным<br />
оборудованием, на котором трудятся 20 человек. Быков на завод поставляют<br />
фермы, которыми также владеет кооператив.<br />
Павел Бейфорт, член кооператива "Дружба": "Сложность тут в том, что это новое,<br />
и информацией, если кто-то даже ей владеет, он не делится. Приходится<br />
методом проб и ошибок всего достигать".<br />
Готовую продукцию – стейки в вакуумной упаковке, завод поставляет не<br />
только на Алтай, но и в Новосибирскую и Кемеровскую области, а также<br />
Красноярский и Приморский края.<br />
