Tat Gida targets to export 30
million dollars in cooperation
with Kagome, the Japanese
food giant
The contract between Kagome Co. Ltd, and Tat Gida Co.
Inc., that has been continuing for 35 years was extended
again. With this agreement, Tat Gida targets to earn more
than 35 million dollars of earnings from exports.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary Tat
Gida is one of the leading exporters
of food products. The company has
been cooperating in the exports of
tomato products for 35 years. The
contract covers three years targets
to sell 30 million dollars worth of
tomato and tomato pastry in export
markets.
The contract signed in Tokyo, by
Arzu Aslan Kesimer, general manager
of Tad Gida, and Takashi Hasimoto,
member of executive board of Kagome
Co. and Tetsuro Tajima, president
of SC Foods Co.
Arzu Aslan Kesimer expressed her
happiness of having such a partner
in exports and emphasized on the
importance paid by Sumitomo Corporation
and Kagome company on
the quality of the products. She said,
“We are so proud that we have been
earning real amount of foreign currency
to our national economy for
long years. Thanks to this agreement,
Turkish tomato products are consumed
heavily in Japan by the loyal
consumers for 35 years.”
