The supporting program of ISM 2018
has also been set. For example, on
the Wednesday of the fair interesting
key themes especially tailor-made for
the information requirements of the
industry and trade will be held. All activities
are being summarized under
the motto “Trend and Theme Day”
An attractive program on the “ISM
Expert Stage” will provide exciting
entertainment, not only on the
Wednesday, but on all other days as
well. Industry experts will voice their
opinions on various topics, highlight
current trends and surveys and provide
insights into successful concepts.
The experts from Innova Market Insights
will also present and explain
current product trends once more.
The famous “ISM Award” will be conferred
again for exceptional services
to the sweets and snacks industry.
There will be further distinctions
in the scope of the “New Product
Showcase”. The ISM visitors select
the three best products from among
all of those products presented there
by the exhibitors. The “ISM Packaging
Award powered by ProSweets Cologne
will also be awarded again. Incidentally,
the products distinguished at
ISM 2017 will also be exhibited at the
coming yummex Middle East in Dubai
from 18 to 20 September 2017. Vice
versa, the award-winning products of
the yummex Middle East will also be
presented in Cologne. The yummex
Middle East is organised by Koelnmesse
GmbH and the Dubai World
Trade Center as an annual trade and
innovation platform for sweets and
snacks in the MENA region.
ProSweets Cologne - the international
supplier fair for the sweets and
snacks industry - will once again be
staged parallel to ISM. Together with
ProSweets Cologne, ISM covers the
entire value chain of sweets production
and sales at the same time and
place - a worldwide unique constellation.
Both trade fairs are exclusively
open to trade visitors.
