patients. There are 2
ways to register, either
visit the Penn Surgery,
complete the consent
form (remember to take
your photo ID), or,
complete the form online at http://www.
thesimpsoncentre.com then visit the the surgery,
to sign your consent form and have your details
validated.
Our next Your Health event is taking place on
19th April, please look out for the event
information and if you would like to receive

The Sports & Social Club
The Sports & Social Club, are delighted to
welcome Spring and the longer daylight time,
this past winter has seemed never ending! Dates
for your diary for the coming months are Harry
and Meghan’s wedding which is the 19th May
at 12pm midday, followed by the FA cup final.
26th May is the Champion’s League Final, so
hopefully we might have some British interest
in the game!
June sees the World Cup Finals taking place
across Russia. Some key dates for you are
England v Tunisia which is on the 18th June,
KO 7.00pm, followed by England v Panama
24th June KO 1.00pm, then the last group game
being against Belgium on the 28th June KO
7.00pm. You never know England might have
more games thereafter?

DEFIBRILLATOR NOW IN PLACE AT
P&TG SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB
30th June. This has become one of the major
events for the village and we are delighted to be
hosting once again this year. Great bands and
good ales will be a certainty, along with a new
food village to be set up on the patio offering a
wider choice, so please make a note of the date.
The club is open Tuesday to Thursday 5pm to
10.30pm, with happy hour being from 5pm to
6pm. Fridays from 2.30pm to 10.30pm, with
happy hour from 2.30pm to 5pm. Saturdays and
Sunday we open at 12pm. The club’s facilities
are available for hire, please use the contact

(Editor’s note: For those new to the village
the Sports & Social Club is off Elm Road up the
drive nearly opposite Jackson Howes Estate
Agents at postcode HP10 8LG. There are
football pitches, tennis courts and a cricket
pitch as well as the club buildings).
P&TGRS Seeks Board Members
Do you have an interest and some spare time
you could contribute to the work we do in our
local community in Penn and Tylers Green?
The P&TG Residents Society is looking to attract
new board members, and has a particular
interest in hearing from people who are
enthusiastic about our village, and have skills to
offer, especially management, communication,
charity, secretarial or administrative skills.

range of our activities over the past year.
