PUBLIC BUILDINGS Visual artist and regular collaborator Antoni Malinowski has hand painted the cafe ceilings and various walls within the foyer to complement the geometries of the existing structure and to amplify the presence of the surrounding landscape. The auditorium has been significantly remodeled to improve sightlines, increase theatrical intensity and provide a far more technically sophisticated and adaptable environment for theatre makers. PUBLIC BUILDINGS Canary Wharf Crossrail London Located in the waters of the north dock next to the HSBC tower and close to the residential neighbourhood of Poplar, the commission was to design a mixed-use scheme above and around the new Canary Wharf Crossrail Station. Crossrail is the largest infrastructure project in Europe and will connect London from east to west, with nine new stations and 42 kilometres of new tunnels under the city.
