PORTOFINO POINTERS!<br />
You are going to love the condominiums, the beautiful grounds, and the amazing recreation opportunities available to<br />
you this year. In order for everything to go well for our group and to ensure that we will be invited back again next<br />
year, we need your help with the following:<br />

1. Absolutely NO “rough-housing” or fighting inside the condos.<br />
2. Do not allow your students to sit on any tables (wood or glass) in your condo at any time.<br />
3. No one is to be on the condo balconies at any time.<br />
4. Do not hang anything on the hallway or balcony railings.<br />
5. Students and leaders need to walk on pavement only. The Portofino has beautiful landscaping and we want to keep it<br />
that way!<br />
6. Students and leaders MUST wear their nametag and wristbands at all times in order to access any Portofino<br />
amenities (restaurants, pools, stores, etc.)<br />
7. It is all of our jobs to keep the resort clean. Pick up any trash you see and don’t leave your belongings laying around<br />
the facility.<br />
8. No crossing the street without the help of the crossing guards. They will be available any time you will need to cross the<br />
road.<br />
9. “The Port” is the official <strong>Beach</strong> <strong>Retreat</strong> Information Center on the grounds of the resort. It will be a tent located<br />
in the middle of the resort and will be “manned“ from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM daily. There will be two white<br />
Information Tents set up during free time. One will be by the Lifestyle Center and one on your way to the ocean.
