บ้านเต้นรำา เดิมคือโรงเรียนสามัคคีลีลาศ<br />
สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่นี่สอนเต้นรำาบน<br />
ลานลีลาศกว้าง ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์รวมความคึกคักใน<br />
สมัยนั้น แต่ด้วยยุคสมัยที่เปลี่ยนไป บ้านเก่าเลย<br />
เหมือนคนแก่ที่ถูกทอดทิ้ง โปรเจ็กต์การรื้อฟื้น<br />
ตัวบ้านจึงค่อยๆทำา ค่อยๆปลุกขึ้นมาให้มีชีวิต<br />
โดยยังคงความเก่าตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2503 ไว้ให้เห็น<br />
ทั้งโครงสร้าง ทั้งเสาฝึกเต้นลีลาศ และตกแต่ง<br />
ด้วยของเก่าโบราณที่ได้ค้นพบ เช่น เครื่องเสียง<br />
แผ่นเสียงโบราณที่หายากก็มีให้เห็น ม้วนเทป<br />
เพลงถูกทำาเป็นโคมไฟเป็นกระจกกรองแสงรอบ<br />
บ้านที่มีความเท่แบบร่วมสมัย ปลายปีนี้บ้าน<br />
เต้นรำาจะมีนิทรรศการและการสอนเต้นลีลาศ<br />
กิจกรรมที่นอกจากจะสนุกแล้ว ยังเป็นการฝึก<br />
บุคลิกภาพ การเดิน การฟังดนตรีไปพร้อมๆกัน<br />
นอกจากนี้ยังจะมีห้องสมุด ห้องพัก รวมถึงมุม<br />
กาแฟเครื่องดื่ม เพื่อให้ชาวบ้านมีรายได้เลี้ยงตัว<br />
เองได้ ไม่ใช่รอแต่โอกาสให้คนอื่นมาหยิบยื่นให้<br />
สิ่งที่ได้รับหลังการบูรณะบ้านเริ่มเห็นภาพ ลูก<br />
หลานภูมิใจในสิ่งที่บรรพบุรุษสร้าง ความทรงจำา<br />
ในมุมต่างๆของบ้านหลังนี้ก็กลับมา เพื่อนบ้านก็<br />
มีความสุข คนในชุมชนก็มีพื้นที่ให้ประชุม สอน<br />
ศิลปะ จนแทบจะเรียกได้ว่าเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์มีชีวิต<br />

‘Baan Ten Rum’ which could be<br />
translated as ‘Dancing House’, the<br />
former ‘Samakee Dancing School’<br />
taught a style of dancing that took<br />
place in large fields. As time passed,<br />
the house was abandoned. But,a new<br />
renovation project resurrects the<br />
glorious 1960 architectural details.<br />
The original structure is preserved,<br />
decorated with antiques, real and<br />
adapted. You’ll find many real record<br />
players. The lamps and mirrors are<br />
made from old cassettes, giving a<br />
contemporary feel. By the year’s end,<br />
there will be an exhibition and dance<br />
workshop. You can enjoy nice music<br />
together and improve your techniques.<br />
There will also be a library, hostel, and<br />
cafe to financially support the locals.<br />
After the renovation, the locals have a<br />
place to be proud of what their ancestors<br />
left behind. They also have a space to<br />
meet and exchange their opinions,<br />
creating a living museum.<br />
