With a team of Anxiety therapists who have all experienced Anxiety themselves, individuals
who suffer with anxiety can choose which therapist they would like to work with based on
their profile. Therapists work with the client in order to identify underlying causes or triggers
for their anxiety as well as finding ways to address it. Therapists may offer their services via
face-to-face sessions or tele-therapy- that is, phone call or video call. Anxiety Center also offers a
membership plan in which an individual can join a group for question sessions, self-help
information, and much more.
Rates are hourly and vary based on experience of therapist.
