Extensive experience in evidence-based therapy for a wide range of difficulties including
anxiety, depression, eating disorders, prenatal and post-partum anxiety and depression,
relationship issues, weight gain, borderline personality disorder, and work-related stress. In
addition to CBT and DBT, when appropriate, White Pine incorporate other evidence-based
treatment approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational
Interviewing (MI), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness
Meditation. Group and online therapy also available.
