Cette propriété séculaire de 9 ha<br />
d’un seul tenant, exposés plein sud,<br />
est exploitée par la famille Noël<br />
depuis 1936. Taille courte, culture<br />
raisonnée, vendanges manuelles<br />
en cagettes, tri minutieux visent<br />
à obtenir des raisins de grande<br />
qualité. Une vinification soignée et<br />
un élevage en barriques donnent<br />
naissance à des vins d’une grande<br />
complexité où s’allient puissance,<br />
subtilité et élégance.<br />
This 100 years-old, south-facing<br />
9ha estate has been in the Noel<br />
family since 1936. The pruning and<br />
the reasoned culture, the manual<br />
harvest and meticulous selection<br />
all aim at achieving the best quality<br />
of grapes. The careful vinification<br />
methods and aging in barrels bear<br />
wines of great quality and complexity<br />
with a combination of fullness,<br />
subtlety and elegance.<br />
