The art gift book introduces 33 selected artists from 20 countries around the globe. Starting in Vol. 2 of the “Excellent Art” series, each book will also introduce one famous musical work that may contribute to the harmonious overall sound, alongside a topic related selection of haiku poetry. Transcendental Beauty<br />
Photographer Eriko Kaniwa has found the perfect motif for her exquisite artworks<br />
in majestic exotic birds, which embody a bridge of longing between man<br />
and nature. By amplifying their beauty, she draws attention to their aesthetic<br />
power. The birds are robbed of their original surroundings and given a dreamy<br />
aura through diffuse lighting. This leads to a brilliant aesthetic unachievable in<br />
the world outside her art. In an elaborate postproduction process, motifs are<br />
edited, retouched, and choreographed into a dramatic dream dance. Kaniwa’s<br />
hyperrealist compositions shine with seductive grace.<br />

Die Fotografin Eriko Kaniwa hat in exotischen Wundervögeln das optimale Sujet<br />
für ihre exquisiten <strong>Kunst</strong>werke gefunden, welche eine Sehnsuchtsbrücke<br />
zwischen Mensch und Natur schlagen. Dadurch, dass sie die Schönheitsmerkmale<br />
der Tiere überhöht, verweist sie auf deren ästhetische Kraft hin. Die Vögel<br />
werden ihrer ehemaligen Umgebung beraubt und durch diffuse Beleuchtung in<br />
eine verträumte Aura versetzt. Auf diese Weise entsteht eine brillante Ästhetik,<br />
welche in der Realität nicht reproduzierbar ist. In aufwändiger Postproduktion<br />
werden die Motive bearbeitet, retuschiert und so zu einem perfekt anmutenden<br />
theatralischen Traumtanz inszeniert. Kaniwas hyperrealistische Kompositionen<br />
