REGIONAL NEWSA Canned MeatProduction Plant Willbe Launched in the EastKazakhstan RegionThe Plant Plans toProduce up to 25 Tonnesof Meat Per DayARNAPRESS.KZ REPORTS CITINGTHE REGIONAL INFOCENTRE THAT ACANNED MEAT PRODUCTION PLANTWILL BE BUILT IN ULAN DISTRICT OFTHE EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGION.Currently, several agricultural projectsare being implemented in this regionwhich will allow developing the sector.The commercial dairy farm “Rezhebaliev”located in Ayurtausky rural district workshard to increase the number of milch cows.The farm plans to buy highly-productivepedigree cattle.Besides that, the Oskemen poultry plant isbuilding three poultry houses in the district.They intend to create a large cluster for theproduction of meat and meat products.“Gerasimovka” farm began building a feedlotfor five thousand head of livestock, as wellas a canned meat production plant. The totalvalue of the project is 700 mln tenge. Thebuilding and installation work is currentlyfinished. They also signed contracts withRussian equipment suppliers.The Ulan district mayor’s office reports thatthey plan to finish the internal constructionworks in April-May this year. Overall, theplant intends to produce up to 25 tonnes ofmeat per day and up to eight thousand cansof meat. Впланах хозяйства закупить высокопроизводительный породистыйскот.Кроме того, в округе строится три птичника Усть-Каменогорской птицефабрики. Планируется создание большогокластера по производству мяса и мясопродуктов.На базе сельского хозяйства “Герасимовка” началось строительствооткормочной площадки на пять тысяч голов, атакже завода по производству мясных консервов. Общаястоимость проекта составляет 700 миллионов тенге. На сегодняшнийдень завершены строительно-монтажные работы,заключен договор с поставщиками оборудования из России.По сообщению акимата Уланского района, в апреле-мае текущегогода планируется завершить внутренние строительныеработы.
