Jesus’ First Miracle
Directions: Read about Jesus’ first miracle at the wedding at
Cana. Then, answer the questions.

Remember the story of Adam and Eve. After they
sinned, God promised to send a Savior — the
Messiah — to save them from sin.
Jesus performed His first miracle at the Wedding at
Cana. This miracle showed everyone that He is the
Messiah God promised.
Jesus changed water to wine. No one else can do
that. But, Jesus can. His first miracle showed
that He is God and has power over
everything.
Jesus’ first miracle is a sign of
the Kingdom of God. The Bible
tells us that the Kingdom of
God is like a feast with a
lot of food and wine.
When Jesus changed
water to wine, He
made the best wine
of the feast!
