When Juan Diego presented the flowers to the bishop,
another miracle happened: on Juan Diego’s tilma, there
was a beautiful image of Mary, pregnant with Jesus,
and praying. Because of this sign, the bishop knew that
Juan Diego had told the truth. He built a chapel on the
hill, just as Mary asked.
