The Bible is the written Word of God. God inspired
human writers to write what He wanted us to
know about salvation.
The Bible has two parts: the
Old Testament and the New
Testament. The Old Testament
has 46 books. The New
Testament has 27 books.
Together, the whole Bible has
73 books.
God speaks to us in these holy
books. He tells us about Himself.
He tells us about how much He
loves us. And He tells us about how
He has saved us from sin.
