of life care service for frail, elderly, or
chronically ill pets in the comfort of
your own home.

Run by Rob, a life-long animal
lover and veterinary surgeon
of almost twenty years, he
understands, personally and
professionally, how difficult it is
knowing when the right time is to
say goodbye.
Animals can’t tell you when
they’re poorly or in pain, but owners
know them best and ultimately
know when it’s time to stop their
pets from suffering. Rob takes the
time to reassure owners, explain the
process and explore other possible
treatment options to make sure
they are fully informed and
comfortable with the decision.
By providing this service at home,
pets spend their final precious
moments together with those who
have loved them, in the privacy of
a family home with all the familiar
smells, sights and sounds.
There is no emotional car journey,
no clinical or sterile environment,
and no strangers to witness your
pain. Your pets will simply drift off
into a deep and peaceful sleep
and you’ll be given endless time to
process your grief.
Aftercare plays a big part in the
service and Rob works with Old
Flatts Farm Pet Crematorium for
those who would like to have their
pets cremated. The two businesses
share the same ethos and values of
dignity, compassion and care; Rob
personally takes pets to the farm
at Treeton in soft blankets and pet
beds then returns the ashes directly
to owners.
Critical situations don’t always
happen within convenient hours.
But Rob endeavours to be available
to support families whatever time
of day they get in touch. His phone
is always on for people to call or
send a text or email if they find it too
emotional to speak.
It’s clear to see from the

patience and empathy in their time
of need. With the right support,
the most traumatic situations can
