Lochhead, Jim
Jim enlisted in the Royal Corps of Signals in June 1964 in Toronto, Ontario.
Jim served with the rank of Signalman as a wireless radio operator and
driver with the 1 st Canadian Signals Regiment in Canada, including a time
at Alert in the Northwest Territories. He was discharged in October 1969.
Jim is a member of Legion Branch #24 in Cranbrook, BC.

Linn, Einar Arthur
Arthur was born near Coaldale, Alberta on August 7, 1914. He joined the
Army in 1939, served during World War Two in Canada, the United
Kingdom, and the Central Mediterranean and was discharged in 1946.
Arthur received the Italy Star, the Defence Medal, and the Canadian
Volunteer Service medal and Clasp. When he returned to Canada, he settled
in Lethbridge, Alberta but soon moved to Crawford Bay, BC and eventually
to Kaslo, BC, where he was a member of Legion Branch #74 for forty-three
years. Arthur died in 1991.
Locke, James Richard
James was born in Summerside, PEI in 1984. He joined the Canadian Forces
Signals in 2001 in Saint John, New Brunswick and took basic training in
Dundurn, Saskatchewan. He has been stationed in Gagetown, New
Brunswick, Toronto, Kingston, and Petawawa, Ontario, and Comox, British
Columbia. James has completed one tour in Afghanistan and is still serving
with the Signals. He has been awarded the General Campaign Star – ISAF
Bar for service with the UN-mandated International Security Assistance
Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan. James has been a member of Seaview
Centennial Legion Branch #257 in Lantzville, BC for one year.
