“In the residential sector, however,” says

Weaknesses
However, the EU taxonomy also has weaknesses.

Binding rules needed
“I am sure that the topic of certification will
increasingly affect us in the future, especially
when it comes to building in the existing
stock because we are already realizing today
that the further sealing of the soil cannot go
on. But for this to change, binding regulations
are needed, and these must be adhered
to,” says Anita Körbler, founder and managing
