“For us as ImmoUnited, it is important that we
keep track of the many certificates. From what
I have noticed so far, it is often difficult to compare
the individual data,” Lukas Weinwurm,

“The problem is - and I know this from conversations
with large Austrian project developers
- that today you can no longer sell your
buildings at all if you can’t provide evidence
of a certificate. But often the question arises,
which of the many certificates available on
