" smitten," to " fall in love," to be " love-sick," with<br />

almost every silly idler who wears a fashionable<br />

coat, is tolerably good-looking, and pays them particular<br />

attention. Reason, judgment, deliberation,<br />

according to their fancies, have nothing to do with<br />

love. Hence, they yield to their feelings, and give<br />

their company to young men, regardless<br />
