Roasted dark malt, toffee
and a hint of coffee with a
subtle bitterness, this one
will have you embracing
the darkside. This dark
and alluring elixir is an
absolute ripper that will
have you relaxed, numb,
satiated and staring at
the night sky transfixed.
A West Coast IPA with
mango and papaya to the
fore and this underlying
subtle dank pine and
grapefruit bitterness.
This is nothing short of
a cracking beer and an
incredible collab between
a Victorian brewery in
Seaford, another from
Gothenburg, Sweeden
and a bar and bottleshop
in Collingwood. Craft
beer – bringing the world
together.
Who doesn’t love a
Queenslander. A flavour
profile of toffee and
slightly burnt raisin toast
(which is the best) and
a magic underlying
bitterness make this as
exceptional as our State
of Origin team. Love
the quip on the label, “a
slight bitter taste, but we
promise it’ll be nothing
like what a New South
Welshman experiences
after frequent losses.”

Awards suggests this is
quite the drop and it is.
Incidentally, Beachtree
Distilling Co. was also
awarded the prestigious
title of World’s Best Craft
Producer at the recently
held World Gin Awards
Icons 2024. Their Ocean
Blue Gin Liqueur features
botanicals such as finger
lime, hibiscus and lemon
myrtle. Reportedly,
however, the true magic
in this elegant spirit
comes from the soft
infusion of blue butterfly
pea balanced with a
mixture of berries, sweet
orange and rose.
