Coastal Cruise<br />

A chance to enjoy the contrasting sights of the Coastline of Croatia and Montenegro from the<br />

comfort of your Cruise Ship. You will be amazed and delighted with the unique architecture,<br />

stunning natural beauty, picturesque villages & stunning views this coastline offers.<br />

DAY 1: Your Door to Door service will transfer you to the airport for the flight to<br />

Dubrovnik where we transfer to the MS Belle de l’Adriatique in time for dinner. The<br />

ship will remain moored in Dubrovnik overnight.<br />

DAY 2: Following breakfast we have a half day guided tour of Dubrovnik – the ‘Pearl<br />

of the Adriatic’. We shall see the Franciscan Monastery, the Cathedral on Marin Drzic<br />

Square, the Onofrio Fountains in front of the Church of St Blaise & the Sponza<br />

Palace. We return to the ship for lunch & the afternoon is at leisure to explore more<br />

of the town., maybe to relax and enjoy the ships facilities or explore the delights of<br />

MS Belle de L’Adriatique HHHH<br />

Dubrovnik further. We leave Dubrovnik during the night.<br />

DAY 3: We arrive during breakfast in Mljet, one of the most beautiful islands in the<br />

Adriatic, We have included a walking tour on the island and also a guided visit by<br />

local boat to the 12th century monastery which rises on an islet in the middle of<br />

Lakes Malo, Jezero & Veliko. During lunch onboard the ship we cruise to nearby<br />

Korcula the birthplace of Marco Polo & famous for its preserved Gothic and<br />

Renaissance buildings. We have included a guided walking tour of the town. Back on<br />

board for dinner followed by a traditional sabre dancing evening.<br />

DAY 4: We depart early morning and cruise during breakfast, sailing past the islands<br />

of Hvar and Brac. We have lunch onboard before arriving at Sibenik for a tour of the<br />

town and the Krka Falls. During the visit you will discover the cultural heritage,<br />

historic centre with its maze of narrow streets & St James Cathedral built entirely of<br />

stone. The Krka flows for over 45 miles from its spectacular source near Knin to the<br />

Adriatic. Back on board for dinner and an evening of entertainment with the crew.<br />

DAY 5: This morning we arrive at Trogir where we have free time to explore the<br />

narrow labyrinth of streets scattered with steps and vaulted passageways. The town<br />

has been classed as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Back on board for lunch we<br />

cruise along the Dalmatian Coast to Split the second largest city in Croatia and the<br />

heart of central Dalmatia. We have included a guided tour of the city including visits<br />

to Titova Palace, Jupiter’s Temple & St Domnius Cathedral. Dinner onboard followed<br />

by an evening at leisure.<br />

DAY 6: Cruise early morning to Hvar where we have a guided tour of the town<br />

which will include Trg Svetog Stjepana, one of the oldest squares in Dalmatia, St<br />

Stephens Cathedral and the 15th century Franciscan monastery. We return to the<br />

ship for lunch & cruise to Vis, the most westerly island of the Dalmatian Islands and<br />

the least known, with beautiful unspoilt landscapes and a rugged coastline. Free time<br />

to explore the town. We return to the ship in time for our Gala Dinner followed by<br />

an evening of dancing. Cruise overnight towards Kotor in Montenegro.<br />

DAY 7: During the morning we sail into the Kotor estuary where the sea sweeps in<br />

for several miles forming a number of calm bays. After lunch on board we have free<br />

time to explore the town on foot to see the 9th century St Tryphon Cathedral or the<br />

Maritime Museum. Back on board late afternoon for dinner & cruise back to<br />

Dubrovnik arriving during the evening with free time after dinner.<br />

DAY 8: We leave the Belle de l’Adriatique after breakfast to transfer to the airport for<br />

our flight back to the UK and your Door to Door service to home.<br />
