Relax and enjoy the views as you cruise through the captivating landscapes & cultural towns of Spain &<br />
Portugal. The cruise will give you an insight into the history, traditions and culture of both countries. We<br />
will visit many places of interest during our cruise and all from the comfort of your floating hotel.<br />
DAY 1: Your Door to Door service will transfer you to the airport for your flight to<br />
Malaga in Spain. A local coach will transfer us northwards to Seville making a stop en<br />
route. Arriving in Seville late afternoon we will board our cruise ship with time to<br />
settle in to your cabin before we enjoy a welcome drink & presentation by the crew.<br />
Dinner on board, the rest of the evening is free.<br />
DAY 2: Following breakfast we have included a guided tour of the city of Seville. We<br />
will visit the magnificent cathedral, the largest in the world and the Alcazar Palace<br />

towards the Gulf of Cadiz, we sail past the Donana Park and Sanlucar de Barrameda.<br />
arriving in Cadiz during the evening. Dinner on board. Free time after dinner to<br />
explore a little of Cadiz.<br />
DAY 3: After breakfast we have included a guided tour of Jerez, capital of sherry,<br />
wine & horses and the birthplace of Flamenco. Our tour will take in the sights of the<br />
Alcazar and the cathedral. We return to the ship for lunch and then the afternoon is<br />
free to explore. We set sail during the evening and sail through the night towards the<br />
Algarve in Portugal.<br />
DAY 4: We enjoy breakfast whilst cruising along the River Guadiana to Alcoutim or<br />
Sanlucar de Guadiana arriving in Alcoutim mid morning. Time to explore this typical<br />
Algarve village before returning to the ship for lunch The cruise departs after lunch<br />
for Vila Real arriving mid afternoon. We have included a guided coach tour to Faro.<br />
This old Roman then Moorish City has a wonderful old town. We return to the ship<br />
for dinner which tonight has a typical Portuguese theme with traditional Portuguese<br />
entertainment. The ship sets sail during the night for El Puerto de Santa Maria.<br />
DAY 5: After breakfast we have an included excursion to the Rock of Gibraltar where<br />
we have arranged a lunch at a local tavern /restaurant. A guide will show us around<br />
& introduce us to the delights of the peninsula. We return to the ship and the cruise<br />
departs early evening for our return to Seville. Tonight we enjoy a Gala Dinner &<br />
entertainment.<br />
DAY 6: We arrive in Seville early morning and following breakfast our local coach will<br />
take us on our included excursion to Ronda. The city is situated in a very<br />
mountainous area. The Guadalvin River runs through the city dividing it in to two<br />
and carving out the steep 100 plus metre deep El Tajo canyon upon which the city<br />
perches. Our guided tour will take in the three bridges the Roman Bridge, the Old<br />
Bridge & the New Bridge. After lunch at a local restaurant and a little free time for<br />
further exploring or maybe a little shopping we will return to the ship for dinner.<br />
DAY 7: Today’s excursion is to the beautiful jewel of a city that is Cordoba, we will<br />
meet with a local guide who will show us the delights of the city, which will include<br />
the famous Alcazar Royal Palace & gardens, the historic Jewish Quarters and the<br />
world renowned Mezquita Mosque. We have arranged a lunch at a local tavern/<br />
restaurant after which you will have a little free time to enjoy this delightful city. We<br />
return to the ship at Seville in time for our Spanish themed dinner this evening.<br />
DAY 8: Following breakfast our local coach will transfer us back to Malaga airport for<br />
our return flight back to the UK and your Door to Door service home.<br />
