Shareholders’ Relations Committee
The Committee consists of eight individual shareholders appointed
by Schneider Electric for a three-year term. Members may serve a
maximum of two terms. The Committee is designed to refl ect the
geographical and professional diversity of the Group’s shareholders
and to relay their concerns to the Company. To fulfi ll this mission,
the Committee is available at all times to pass on comments from
shareholders to the Company. It gives an opinion and makes
suggestions on investor relations actions and resources. In 2010,
the Committee met to discuss various topics, including:
• ways to strengthen the Company’s strategy for individual
shareholders;
• proposals on changes in fi nancial advertising, letters to
shareholders and other individual-investor relations initiatives;
• the Committee’s participation in the Q&A session with the
Chairman at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. In this capacity,
Committee members present certain questions phoned in to the
toll-free number.

In 2010, Committee members also took part in the following events:
• the Paris Motor Show, which was the occasion for Schneider
Electric to reveal its range of electric vehicle charge ports;
• the Architect@Work trade fair at which Schneider Electric
displayed its new range of home automation equipment.
