B. Distinction between fraud <strong>and</strong> forgery<br />

Fraud<br />

Fraud can be committed making use of false documents etc. However, forgery<br />

in many countries is a separate offence punishable even if no fraud has been<br />

committed or attempted by making use of the false documents.<br />
