4. Additional questionnaire <strong>and</strong> evaluation<br />

Computer <strong>Offences</strong><br />

The feasibility of the definition of computer offences was also tested through a<br />

complimentary questionnaire designed for the countries represented in the European<br />

Sourcebook Experts Group. The additional questionnaire featured the following<br />

section on computer offences:<br />

<strong>Offences</strong> against the confidentiality, integrity <strong>and</strong> availability of computer data <strong>and</strong><br />

systems: unauthorized entry into electronic systems (computers) or unauthorized use or<br />

manipulation of electronic systems, data or software<br />
