Accessing and managing symbols with armlink<br />

If you want one image to know <strong>the</strong> global symbol values of ano<strong>the</strong>r image, you can use a symbol<br />

definitions (symdefs) file.<br />

You can use this, for example, if you have one image that always resides in ROM and multiple<br />

images that are loaded into RAM. The images loaded into RAM can access global functions and<br />

data from <strong>the</strong> image located in ROM.<br />
