De los pacientes tratados con nalbufina el 16.67% no presentaron dolor, un 58.33% dolor leve, un 8.33% dolor moderado, ningún paciente presentó dolor intenso, un 16.67% dolor muy intenso, ningún paciente manifestó dolor el peor posible. INTERPRETACION: De los doce pacientes estudiados con fentanil a los 40 minutos de salir del quirófano, menos de la mitad necesitó la administración de analgesia
