1980. By now the family firm had grown considerably – but it had not forgotten its Alsatian roots. The brand stood for a
certain quality and consistency. Under the impetus of the 4th generation, Burger began to turn towards household items.
Staircases and handrails, home improvement items… DIY stores began to stock the brand, elsewhere in Europe too :
Burger became French leader in interior and exterior home improvement products.

1980. L’entreprise familiale a bien grandi – mais elle n’en a pas oublié ses
racines alsaciennes. La marque d’une certaine qualité et d’une rigueur constante.
Sous l’impulsion de la 4e génération, Burger s’oriente vers l’équipement de la
maison. Balustrades, aménagements, escaliers… les portes des magasins
de bricolage s’ouvrent à la marque, celles de l’Europe aussi : Burger devient
leader français de produits pour l’aménagement intérieur et extérieur.
