(ICSEd-Prodem) está compuesto por<br />
los tres ejes que se analizan a continuación:<br />
<strong>el</strong> capital humano emprendedor<br />
y sus determinantes, los<br />
factores que inciden sobre <strong>el</strong> espacio<br />
de oportunidades <strong>para</strong> emprender y<br />
los factores y los factores que pueden<br />
facilitar o inhibir la creación y desarrollo<br />

La falta de capital humano emprendedor<br />
es una de las debilidades más<br />
importantes <strong>para</strong> la mayoría de los<br />
países de América Latina. El promedio<br />
regional es de apenas 24 puntos, una<br />
cifra que está muy por debajo de los<br />
más de 70 que registran Singapur y<br />
Hong Kong, los países que lideran <strong>el</strong><br />
ranking internacional de capital humano<br />
emprendedor junto con Estados<br />
Unidos, Dinamarca y Canadá.<br />
The Index of Systemic Conditions<br />
for Dynamic Entrepreneurship<br />
(ICSEd-Prodem) comprises three<br />
central <strong>el</strong>ements, analyzed b<strong>el</strong>ow:<br />
entrepreneurial human capital and<br />
its determinants, factors affecting the<br />
opportunity space for new dynamic<br />
enterprises and factors which can<br />
foster or inhibit the creation and<br />
dev<strong>el</strong>opment of new companies.<br />
