Gestión de <strong>Twitter</strong> para la difusión corporativa<br />

Abstract<br />

The widespread diffusion and popularity of social<br />

networks in contemporary society has motivated their<br />

use for the spread of Spanish as a foreign language.<br />

<strong>Twitter</strong> stands out mainly for two reasons: Firstly, it is a<br />

virtual space where teachers, publishers, students,<br />

institutions, etc. can meet. Secondly, it stands out as a<br />

tool to create a personalised strategy for networking and<br />

establishing oneself in professional circles.<br />

In this paper, the presence and activity of <strong>Twitter</strong> in<br />

magazines, publishing houses and other groups<br />

dedicated to the spread of E/LE are analysed.<br />

Additionally we reflect on their management of this<br />

social network and how they promote themselves.<br />

An interview with <strong>Twitter</strong> representatives of two of the<br />

entities analysed: AS<strong>ELE</strong> and RutaEle is also included.<br />

They contribute their insights and assessments on the<br />

use of this tool.<br />
