IDENTIDADGASTRONÓMICAPATRICIO NEGRO. Es cocinero y junto con Fernanda Sarasa fundó el restauranteSarasanegro. Estudió en el Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía (IAC). Trabajó endistintos restaurantes, pastelerías y hoteles de Buenos Aires y en el 2000 viajó a Españapara hacer prácticas profesionales en el restaurante de tres estrellas Michelín deMartín Berazategui, donde luego trabajó.
También tuvo experiencias laborales en Da Vittorio,en Bérgamo, Italia, otro restaurantetres estrellas. Luego regresó al país y abrió Sarasanegro en Mar del Plata, donde deleitaa todos con su cocina.EL PLATOARROZ CREMOSO CON CORVINA NEGRA AHUMADACENTRAL
