of <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>da</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>nger, for exam<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>e don’t leave any tools lying a<strong>ro</strong>und. Always<br />
dispose packaging material in such a way that <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> may<br />
not cause any <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>da</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>nger. There is always a risk of suffocation if<br />
childr<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ay w<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>h <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>astic bags!<br />

any cause for com<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>aint, <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ease contact your KETTLER dealer.<br />
■ Before assembling the equipm<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>t, study the drawings carefully<br />
and carry out the operations in the order shown by the diagrams.<br />
The correct sequ<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ce is giv<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> in cap<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>al letters.<br />
■ The equipm<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>t must be assembled w<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>h due care by an adult<br />
person. If in doubt call upon the help of a second person, if<br />

torque information into account (M = xx Nm).<br />

■ The fast<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ing material required for each assembly step is shown<br />
in the diagram inset. Use the fast<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ing material exactly as<br />
inst<strong>ru</strong>cted. The required tools are sup<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ied w<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>h the equipm<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>t.<br />
■ Bolt all the parts together loosely at first, and check that they<br />
have be<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> assembled correctly. Tight<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> the locknuts by hand<br />
until r<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>es</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>istance is felt, th<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> use spanner to finally tight<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> nuts<br />
com<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>etely against r<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>es</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>istance (locking device). Th<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> check that<br />
all screw connections have be<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> tight<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ed firmly. Att<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>tion:<br />
once locknuts have be<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>en</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> unscrewed they no longer function<br />
correctly (the locking device is d<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>es</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>t<strong>ro</strong>yed), and must be re<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>aced.<br />
■ For technical reasons, we r<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>es</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>erve the right to carry out preliminary<br />
assembly work (e.g. add<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>it</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ion of tubing <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>pl</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ugs).
