Colour is claimed as a feature of the trade-mark. The colours
blue, grey, white and pink are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a stylized four-point oval compass. There
are a pair of concentric narrow ovals around the outside of the
compass with the inner oval being white and the outer oval being
blue. Inside the narrow concentric ovals is another wider oval
which is blue and forms the background for the words TRUE
NORTH SALMON COMPANY which are pink except for the N in
NORTH which is grey and encircled by three bands of ovals, the
inner band is white, the middle band is blue and the outer band
is white. The words TRUE NORTH and SALMON COMPANY
are separated by two pink dots. The centre of the compass is an
illustration of a grey fish with blue shading leaping out of light
blue water and white splashes with a mountain range and sky in
the background in which the mountains are blue with white caps
and the sky is white. There are a pair of concentric narrow ovals
around the centre illustration with the inner oval being blue and
the outer oval being white. Each of the four points of the
compass are a bisected triangle in which one side is grey and
the other side is blue.
