La contrefaçon des médicaments constitue un phénomène<br />
en expansion. Face à son développement, <strong>le</strong>s ripostes<br />
s’organisent par <strong>le</strong> biais d’un approfondissement du cadre<br />
judiciaire et à travers des coopérations institutionnel<strong>le</strong>s<br />
renforcées. Cel<strong>le</strong>s-ci se mettent progressivement en place<br />
tant au niveau du territoire national qu’aux niveaux de<br />
l’Union européenne et des organisations internationa<strong>le</strong>s.<br />
The chal<strong>le</strong>nges facing the fight against counterfeit medicines<br />
Counterfeit medicines are a growing phenomenon. Efforts to combat the prob<strong>le</strong>m are mainly focussed in two<br />
areas; a broadening of the <strong>le</strong>gal framework concerning the distribution of medicines, and reinforcing institutional<br />
cooperation. We are beginning to see developments in these areas at both national and EU <strong>le</strong>vels and also with<br />
international organisations.<br />
