2.2 A second part to comprehend the “Implementation on eco-design » :
This part deals with the role played by every skill within companies: people can discover according
to their job, what they will bring to the approach of eco-design. This site is interactive and flexible and also
allows people to compare the role of the various functions within companies or organizations that want to
implement an eco-design approach.
This part allows members of a team to identify their contacts and shareholders, the skills and
resources required, the challenges and the leverages associated with their function. Then, they are able to
identify the key success factors to better integrate an eco-design approach in their strategy and
organization.
2.3 A third part to look at, « Feedbacks on eco-design » :
This part offers concrete experiences of companies having operated an approach of eco-design
(used tools, role played by every skill within the company, met difficulties, assistance and facilitation they
have) and to understand their objectives.
Each company or organization, that initiated a similar approach for a product or service, can share
it on this platform. There is a free on-line access to a questionnaire which, once completed, will be
validated by a supervised steering committee before being put on line. We are continually looking for new
feedbacks!
