Sofia:
Morning & evening:
Lecture, dinner, exhibition, music
In the center of the Jewish Community "Shalom", a
lecture will be hold with the topic "Sephardic
cuisine".
Moreover, during a dinner which will be opened to
the public, samples will be offered of typical Jewish
food.
Also planned is an exhibition of ritual objects.
For the closing of the event, Bulgaria will organise
a music event with Sephardic songs and dances in
an exchange with the Serbian Jewish Community.

Open doors and guided tour
The synagogue will be opened to public as well as
the library of Jewish Community.There will be a
possibility to have a guided tour around the Jewish
cemetery.
On 16 September:
An interview with Rabbi Koller about Jewish
cuisine will be broadcasted.
Krnov:
From 2 to 4 pm:
Synagogue in Silesian Krnov will be opened.
The visitors will be able to taste a short of a
herbal liqueur Praded, that has still been made
according to a recipe of Jewish company founder
Siegfried Gessler.
Every Sunday from 13 Aug. to 18 Sept. from
2pm to 4pm:
Exhibition
The visitors will also have a unique opportunity to
see an exhibition of hundreds of photographs
taken in the years 1975 to 2005 by Vlasta Krautová
at Czech and Polish Jewish cemeteries.
Praha:
6 september from 6 pm:
Day of Jewish and Israel cuisine
The Jewish town hall
Jewish Community of Prague in cooperation with
bejt Praha will organise the event at the Jewish
town hall.
The visitors will be able to enjoy a varied program
consisting of Jewish and Israeli buffet with meals
and beverages, Israeli dances program performed
and lead by a dance group Besamim and concert
of Trombenik - well-known klezmer band.
Teplice:
22-25 September:
A week of Jewish culture including Days of Jewish
cuisine at the Hotel Prince de Ligne
The beverages and meals will be prepared by a
famous chef specializing on Jewish cuisine, Mr.
Bohuslav Dolansk_ from Prague.

Guided tour:
In the center of Copenhagen
4-5 places where the Danish worldwide-knowed
poet Hans Christian Andersen visited Danish
Jewish families from about 1830 to 1875. He died
in a Jewish home. Melchior is the family name.
Odense (the city where he was born)
Visit the Museum for the poet "Hans Christian
Andersen Museum" where a great part of the
exhibition showing his connection to the Melchior
family and other Jewish families in Copenhagen.
