con i nostri concorrenti tedeschi, francesi
e spagnoli. Da luglio scorso questa misura è
stata archiviata, senza però la contestuale introduzione
di nessuna delle misure strutturali
di riforma del mercato energetico che da anni
ormai chiediamo a gran voce e che diventano
sempre più indispensabili in un contesto comunque
caratterizzato da una forte instabilità
geopolitica che rappresenta un importante fattore
di volatilità per i mercati energetici.
Ora che il DL Energia è stato finalmente convertito
in legge, ci auguriamo che le due misure
più importanti per le imprese in esso contenute,
cioè electricity e gas release, possano presto
essere implementate con i necessari decreti attuativi
e a valori realmente convenienti per le
imprese beneficiarie, affinché il gap competitivo
rispetto ai Paesi vicini sia perlomeno contenuto
rispetto a quello attuale: anche a gennaio,
infatti, abbiamo registrato un prezzo medio
dell’energia elettrica sul mercato spot superiore
di circa il 30% rispetto a quello di Germania,
Spagna e Francia». •

of any of the structural measures to
reform the energy market that we have been
clamouring for for years now, which are becoming
increasingly indispensable in a context
characterised by strong geopolitical instability
that is a major volatility factor for the energy
markets.
Now that the Energy Decree Law has finally
been converted into law, we hope that the two
most important measures for businesses contained
therein, i.e. electricity and gas release,
can soon be implemented with the necessary
decrees and at values that are truly advantageous
for the beneficiary companies, so that
the competitive gap with neighbouring countries
is at least contained compared to the
current one: in January, in fact, we recorded
an average electricity price on the spot market
that was about 30% higher than those in Germany,
Spain and France.” •
